I saw this on an artist comment section.

means different things to different people, and its revered or loathed by different artists. But DA has given people a choice: they can . Or they can comment. Or they can do both. It’s all optional.So some people leave you a favourite and don't comment. This isn’t because they're lazy or selfish. Perhaps in their opinion it’s already perfect. Perhaps they can see upteen other comments that all say what they're thinking. Perhaps they're out of time. Or perhaps they just like the image for some inexplicable reason.
People do not need to justify why they are faving something.
Sometimes I’ll
and dash. But just to knock home the point, I comment a lot more than I fav. Why? Because to me the fav is the icing on the cake. I use it when something just can't get any better.
